The Wheel of Health: Get Inspired

Meet the Wheel of Health. We all work hard to be successful; we prioritize our professional selves and sometimes leave our personal selves behind. Through the Duke Health & Well-Being Coach Training Program, I’ve learned how to take a whole-person approach to personal and professional success.

The Wheel of Health places you at the center of your health. Your values, goals, and priorities influence the direction of your life. You are the most important factor when planning for your health.

The Wheel of Health includes the foundational and core components of health and well-being. Visually, the Wheel of Health illustrates these different interconnected and interrelated aspects of the whole person – body, mind, and spirit – as well as the community where you live.

As a health coach and personal trainer, I adopt a client-centric, science-based approach to help my clients develop sustainable strategies to reach their optimal health goals.
